Founder & CTO

Pedro spent 11 years building behavioural-analytics products in fintech before founding TrendTech in 2021 to bring the same instrumentation discipline to the security-awareness category. He sets the technical direction and leads the platform engineering team.

Sofia Pereira

Co-founder & CEO

Sofia leads the company commercially and operationally. Background in security consulting and product management; before TrendTech she led the awareness practice at a regional consultancy and was a customer of the platform space for six years.

Focus: Commercial strategy, Product, Customer success

Lukas Müller

VP of Customer Success

Lukas leads the customer-success function and the European go-to-market. Background in enterprise software customer success in the security and observability spaces; based in our Berlin office.

Focus: Customer success, Enterprise rollout, German market

Marta Conceição

Head of Content

Marta leads the simulation-library content team and the awareness curriculum design. Background in instructional design with a focus on multilingual production; oversees the network of subject-matter consultants across our 14 supported languages.

Focus: Content production, Multilingual coverage, Instructional design

Henrik Olsen

Head of Security & Trust

Henrik leads our internal security posture and the trust-centre operations. Background in security operations including periods at two regional CSIRTs. CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, owner of our SOC 2 Type II programme.

Focus: Trust & security, Compliance, Customer security questionnaires

Working with us

We are growing the team carefully. New joiners go through a structured onboarding that includes time on customer calls before any independent customer responsibility. Our retention is good; our turnover is below 8% annual across the company.
