Where is my data hosted?
All customer data is hosted in AWS Frankfurt (primary) with backup in AWS Dublin. We do not transfer customer data outside the European Union. Our US subprocessor list is intentionally empty for tenant-data scope.
Are you SOC 2 compliant?
Yes. TrendTech holds SOC 2 Type II attestation, last completed in Q1 2026 by a Big-Four-tier auditor. The report is available to prospective and current customers under NDA via the trust centre.
How do you handle works-council requirements?
Our defaults are works-council-friendly: cohort-level segmentation by default, opt-in individual-level analytics, transparent data-handling documentation, and a complimentary professional-services accompaniment for works-council consultation in jurisdictions where it is required.
Can we use our own content?
Yes. The platform supports customer-supplied content alongside the standard library. SCORM 1.2/2004 and xAPI imports are supported.
Do you integrate with our identity provider?
Yes. Azure Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, Ping Identity, and Auth0 are supported natively via SCIM 2.0 and SAML 2.0. Custom SCIM connectors are available for less-common providers.
What languages are supported?
The platform UI is available in 14 languages. Simulation and training content is natively produced in the same 14 languages — not machine-translated.
How is the platform priced?
Annual per-active-user pricing with three tiers (Standard, Advanced, Enterprise). Detailed pricing is on our product page. Multi-year contracts include a discount, with no auto-renewal trap; renewal requires explicit customer confirmation.
Can we self-host?
No. TrendTech is a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Single-tenant cloud deployment is available for Enterprise-tier customers with specific data-residency requirements; we deploy into a dedicated cloud account in the customer's preferred AWS region.
What is your incident-disclosure policy?
Material security incidents affecting customer data are disclosed to affected customers within 24 hours of confirmation. Non-material operational incidents are summarised in our public status page (status.trendtechsoft.com) and our quarterly trust report.
How do I get a demo?
Use the contact form or write to hello@trendtechsoft.com. We schedule a 45-minute scoping call followed by a hands-on platform walkthrough; both are run by people who can answer technical questions, not sales-led demos.
Are there hidden costs?
Implementation, identity-provider integration, customer-success support, and standard content updates are included in the platform subscription. Custom simulation-template development and bespoke executive-reporting templates are charged separately at clear day-rates.
What happens if we want to exit?
We do not charge exit fees. Customers can export all their behavioural data through the platform API at any time during the contract; we provide structured export on contract conclusion. Standard data-retention windows post-exit are documented in the master agreement.
