Multilingual rollout across 12 countries for a manufacturing multinational

Coordinated multilingual rollout across the customer's European operations, with works-council engagement in five countries.

The customer is a manufacturing multinational with operations across twelve European jurisdictions. Their existing security-awareness setup was a patchwork of country-level deployments using three different platforms, with no coherent group-level measurement.

The rollout had two dimensions of complexity: multilingual content (eleven languages active) and works-council engagement in the five jurisdictions where employee representation is structurally required to consent to behavioural-analytics deployment.

We assigned a customer-success lead with German-speaking capability for the duration of the rollout, given the centrality of the German works-council process. The TrendTech professional-services team produced template documentation for the works-council consultation in each of the five jurisdictions, and accompanied the customer's internal team through the consultation process.

Rollout completed within six months. All eleven content languages went live within that window; works-council approval was achieved in all five jurisdictions, with one approval requiring two revision cycles of the deployment configuration.

Twelve months post-rollout, the customer has consistent group-level behavioural metrics across all twelve jurisdictions for the first time. Sector benchmarking is now a quarterly board-level metric.
